* Please bring at least 2 cans per person of non-parishable food to help out a local food shelf. Great to just try the class out or get the whole family to exercise together! No need to sign up, just show up!
** VIP package allows for you to come to any camp at anytime. Come twice a day if you would like. Great for the business person or social butterfly who doesn't have a consistent schedule.
